ENTERPRISE VENTURES NAMED UK'S THIRD MOST ACTIVE VC INVESTOR

Enterprise Ventures, the North-West based venture capital management company and Fund Manager of RisingStars Growth Fund I & II, has been named the UK's third most active investor in UK companies for the second consectuive year, and eigth most aactive in Europe, in the 2006 Global Venture Capital Insights Report published by Ernst & Young.
Jonathan Diggines, Chief Executive of Enterprise Ventures, says, "We are delighted to be in the UK's top three once again this year. Enterprise Ventures currently has in excess of £50 million of funds under management, on behalf of both public and private sector clients.
