The RisingStars Growth Fund I was launched in March 2002, with its follow-on Fund, RisingStars Growth Fund II launched in March 2006.

The RisingStars Growth Funds are managed by Enterprise Ventures, an independent Fund Manager, based in the North of England and focussed on growth and becoming the leading venture capital firm across the Northern regions.
The RisingStars investment team seeks to back ambitious and successful management teams who have the ability to turn unique and leading technologies into world-class products or services that will in time attract customers from around the globe.
Whereas all unique and innovative technologies will be considered, the Funds have developed core interests in the software, healthcare and environmental sectors.
